I NEVER did any form of exercise, ever, until I was introduced to Crossfit. When you come to me I was probably you 5 years ago, I know what it's like to be out of shape and lethargic. Through Crossfit and proper nutrition, you can actually change your life...like I did. I now hold multiple certifications through Crossfit and have attended and learned from many nutrition seminars that adhere to the Crossfit philosophy (Dr. Sears (Zone) for instance). I can help you because I WAS you.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Crossfit is in a league of it's own. They can say wihout doubt that the winner of The Crossfit Games is the Fittest Person on the Planet. No other gym or training facility can boast that.
